Design And Implementation Of Beidou/GPS Vehicle Monitoring System Based On WebGIS Architecture

As the year-by-year increasing of the number of motor vehicles, the units and enterprises are in more and more great request on strengthening the management of motor vehicles. Especially in some special industries such as public security sector, financial system, bus companies, taxi companies and logistics companies, being able to acquaint the real-time information of their vehicle's current operating state and location timely and accurate, and reasonable arrangements, scheduling of vehicles on this basis, are expected to improve traffic safety and efficiency. Therefore, the vehicle monitoring system has been widely applied, and the technical requirements become more and more sophisticated.From the practical point of view, and aiming at the flaws of former vehicle monitoring system, this article studies the dynamic integration of WebGIS architecture, the "Beidou" navigation system And GPS positioning system.This paper has carried on the following work specifically, based on the development of Xinjiang police vehicle security monitoring and management system.Firstly, A research of BeiDou/GPS dual-mode satellite navigation application mode is carried on; the BeiDou/GPS dual-mode mixing satellite selection positioning method and self-perfective detection mechanism are put forward.Secondly, the satellite transmission information protocol of"Beidou"positioning and commnication terminal is designed; the technic of effective position return path through communication channel of "Beidou" is figured out, and the modelling analysis is carried on; Position transmission method based on the deviation is determined, and the transmission efficiency is greatly raised.Thirdly, geographic information Service is constructed; on the basis of integrated utilization of Web Service, BeiDou communication and BeiDou/GPS positioning technology, the projcet of Xinjiang police vehicle security monitoring and management system based on "Beidou" and GPS is designed and implemented, and powerful functions are provided.
