With the rapid development of geophysical technology,aviation and spaceflight remote sensing technology,plus the efforts of the country to increase mineral resources exploration,geological disaster prevention and ecological environment protection,the geological workers have accumulated rich spatial data in the investigation and study of geological data for a long time.During the acquisition of these data,various departments have created their own database management systems in accordance with their own needs.These systems are built for different projects and provide professional services for each department itself.However,in the process of rapid growth of these spatial data,the phenomenon of overlapping and duplication of construction appears,and the departments are independent of each other,the information can not be exchanged,and the data can not be shared.Through the research,it is found that these spatial data have the characteristics of large data scale,multi source,heterogeneous,spatial and spatial data.Therefore,it is difficult to manage data,difficult to query and difficult to share.Spatial metadata can organize,store,apply,and share multi-source spatial data efficiently.Aiming at the multi-source and heterogeneous characteristics of spatial data,this paper organizes and manages multi-source spatial data by making spatial metadata.According to the domestic and foreign metadata standards,the metadata specification of the data service system is designed,the content of metadata is determined,and multi source spatial data sharing is implemented by Arc SDE multi SDE services,and the multi-source spatial data is integrated into the integrated metadata database to provide the data base for the data service system.The multi-source spatial data has obvious geographical features.The past electronic recording materials,and the table format management information system can not combine the resource images and the detailed introduction with the spatial location,which leads to the slow query and may not find the desired data.In this paper,using the data query method of multi source spatial data,the data and space position are combined.The user can first circle the space range on the map,then look up the data,reduce the search range,and facilitate the user to find the data quickly.In the process of research,the multi source space data is first published through Arc GIS Server,and then Arc GIS API for Java Script is used to access the services issued by Arc GIS Server,thus the spatial data is displayed in the browser,and the multi source spatial data is querying using Web GIS technology to provide technical support for the data service system.In order to make the multi source spatial data play its social and economic benefits and realize the data sharing,it is necessary to provide a public interface for the staff engaged in geological research to query the related information.Therefore,the "multi-source spatial data data service system based on Web GIS" has been developed.The system uses hierarchical thinking and SSM technology framework to design and develop.Under the system requirement analysis,four functional modules are designed,which are map operation,data query,order management and system management,so as to realize the function of data service.
