This paper introduces a design and realization method of a low-cost multi-channel high-speed data acquisition system based on array of Nandflash. The data acquisition system can simultaneously capture data. DMA transmission technology is applied during the data transfer in this system. The use of multi-chip Nandflash Pipelined of work to get a higher rate and larger storage capacity. Realization by combination of software and hardware to achieve. Application software and hardware combination to control the entire system, Software part is the work which some file data management and Operational address value and management of effective block table and so on. The role of hardware is that Complete control by the state machine to produce chip timing,Implementation State Machine complete system on chip timing required for DMA controller and AD control state machine, etc. are all accomplished through hardware. we use USB interface circuit to connect the system and PC. Data transfer via USB controller to the PC, and the corresponding data analysis and processing.This paper first describes the overall design of the system. Then given the data acquisition system how to realization. And giving a detailed description of Nandflash chip on how to write, read, erase operation and the establishment of an effective block of the table and how to use it. Finally, Describing in detail the USB-specific control circuit based on the FT245R chip functional modules. the program structure of modules of the system is given. the signal oscilloscope waveform from the actual pins is given by oscilloscope test. Then described the system's firmware and the corresponding application development. Finally discusses the debugging method on various modules of the system.Analysis and to solve the problems encountered in debugging process. Analyzed and recommendations for the future improvements of this system. Discussing the feasibility of this design and to prove that the data acquisition system can achieve low-cost multi-channel high-speed data acquisition and mass storage requirements.
