The pulley do add (minus) high speed, high-speed airflow function and some special environment comprehensive test for equipment on the rail, called the pulley test. This test is the important means of speed simulation on the ground for defense weaponry exploration, manufacturing and plays a role.In the current pulley experiments, the slippery course is more and more long, and the pulley is faster and faster, which demand for higher data storage capacity and fight anti-vibration effect of storage system, and because pulley experiments have many contents and miscellaneous, not only to record the physical parameters of different rate, but also to record pulley itself work state.Therefore, design the special-purpose on-board storage system, not only has important realistic meaning, but also has profound strategic significance.This paper discussed the basic characteristics of the pulley experiment and development present situation of storage system, in view of abominable pulley test environment, adopted miniaturization and modular design thought aiming at the security of shell, selected the nonvolatile Nandflash as memory chip according to the stability of memory chips, and designed a acquisition storage system with the high reliability, small size, long time collecting digital or analog signals with different speed based on Nandflash array. Firstly, the paper introduced the general design of the acquisition system principle and the main function. Secondly, it discussed the collection methods of analog and digital signals, selection of Flash and storage methods. Again, it studied the system's trigger time synchronization technology, which used GPS technology to produce unified time benchmark, which realized the triggered signals synchronization in the different acquisition module of acquisition storage system, time synchronization precision can be microsecond category. Finally, the paper provided the joint debugging steps of the system and the analysis of the results, explained some questions in debugging process, and discussed the feasibility of the system, proved the system satisfies the requirement of on-board storage project.
