In the field of high-speed motion object detection and others,vision measurement equipment needs to obtain measuring parameters of the target,such as attitude and deformation quantity,which depends on high-resolution and high frame rates cameras chosen to get the high-speed imaging information of the target from a certain position.The velocity section of current acquisition and storage equipment in the industry mainly stands at 1-2GB/s,which can not meet the demand of higher vision measurement equipment.Therefore,the study on data collection and storage system of high speed and large capacity becomes an urgent problem to be solved in this field.The paper is aimed at a problem of real time storage for 3GB/s image data,and selects SATA storage scheme based on VPX architecture and makes an overall design architecture on the basis of the comparison in mainstream storage solution in the industry.Combining with the overall architecture and selecting GTH of Xilinx as fundamental component,the paper adopts channel bonding technology to realize the core protocol design of high-speed SATA?,which provides a guarantee for the overall system to reach the scheduled target.Then,on the basis of studying caching principle,the paper adopts DDR3 to design the caching system with time division multiplexing technology,which avoids the problem of data loss in the process of high-speed data acquisition and storage.Finally,in order to realize the function of data management,the paper designs system control module based on a way that assigns different numbers to different data.After testing,the high-speed data acquisition and storage system designed in this paper completes high-speed data collection,storage,read-back,management and other function.When all the storage space of the system is tested by the way of reading and writing,the data storage rate of 3GB/s can be realized on the premise that the reading and writing error rate up to 10-11.The system can be used in high-speed wind tunnel,medical imaging,aerospace,blasting and other fields.
