Design And Implementation Of Service Management Subsystem For Data Access Network Management

The access network service is the direct service for entire communication network provides to the user, the access network business management is also one of communications network main supervisory work functions and the inalienable important component. The access network business management system influences the efficiency and the quality of the communications network, affects enterprise's efficiency and the profit. Along with telecommunication network's development and communication's change, the communications network scale expands unceasingly, the structure become complex day by day, the management difficulty is also getting higher and higher, the original management system fell behind the entire network development. Operator provide a special interface for each kind of data, when the user need to transport more than one type of data they should pay many item of expenses, simultaneously the organic cooperation are lacked between data, it not only has wasted the data resources, cut the working efficiency, and has created the hidden danger to the network and the service promotion. The data access network business management subsystem which establishes communications between equipment, with the aim of straightening out layer cooperation, realizes automation and standardization for the electric circuit open service flow processFirst this article analyses present access network and then conduct research on access network service process. And through research on present system and invest user's demand, get a sense of the target system's service demand. This article analyzed actual network connections situation, analyzed access equipment's characteristic and interface, proposed a solution to satisfy this kind of special demand. This article mainly focus on access network service's life process, the open new service process, the service test process, the service change process, the service monitor process, the service rescission and so on. With user's contact surface as client side, and the access network control related as server end, we will use the C/S structure. The target system uses oracle database to register all kind of equipment resources and the logical resource. This article finally analyzed the flaw in the electric circuit service scheduling process, proposed the corresponding solution.
