Software Implementation Of GSM MR Application For Network Otimization

Mobile communication network is fast changing, its network structure, wireless environment, user distribution and behaviour are always also fast changing, so telecom operator need often adjust network to adapt this change. Now network size is enlarging, user number is fast increasing, mobile network has a large dimension, network management has a change from the qualitative demand of signal coverage to quantificational management of network key performance index. In this condition, in order to realize reasonable configuration of network resources, improve the service quality of network, increase the core competition capability of telecom operator, made network get persistent development. We bring forward the solution of wireless network optimization analysis system. The main task of network optimization is to make use of program to analysis and adjust test data, and to promote the efficiency of workers and increase the intelligence of network optimization system, so the author designs this system.The article start to discuss on traditional optimization skill for GSM wireless network and then praise the new Optimization techniques that base on MR (Measuerment Report) of Mobile station. Demonstrate the application for MR base on software development and illustrate some example for the application.
