GSM-R railway integrated digital mobile communication system is the transmission platform of different kinds of train operation control information. To ensure the train traffic's safety, the GSM-R communication system must be with reliable network quality. So how to guarantee the reliability of this network is an important issue needed to be soloved in the current GSM-R communication network's build process. GSM-R wireless measurement report includes the key information such as the uplink and downlink's levels, quality, timing advance and the level of adjacent cell's BCCH channel. Using the information the wireless measurement report contained can maintain and optimize the GSM-R network's performance. This paper mainly focused on the GSM-R system's wireless measurement report and applied it to the Datong-Qinhuangdao GSM-R network's Abis-interface monitoring system. After the development of measurement report's graphics processing function in the Abis-interface monitoring system, it then can use the measurement report to handle the GSM-R network's problem and evaluate the network's performance. Field experiment proved that using wireless measurement report in the Datong-Qinhuangdao's Abis-interface monitoring system can play a very good role in the GSM-R network's maintenance. |
