With the development of mobile intelligent applications and the popularity of smart mobile phones, a variety of new communication technologies and new wireless network architecture has been proposed, the requirement of terminal users for network communication quality continuously improves. In order to improve the quality of network services and enhance the competitiveness of the network, major mobile operators began to carry out large-scale network optimization, eliminate coverage blind spots, optimize capacity allocation to relieve network pressure aiming at improving user perception, intelligent wireless network optimization becomes increasingly important. In traditional wireless network optimization, parameter measurement usually adopts call-quality-test and road-test-technology. Because of the randomness of wireless network, the accuracy of the collected results is low, which can't reflect the actual state of the network accurately.In order to solve the problems of traditional network optimization and improve the subjective satisfaction of users, I design the wireless network parameter acquisition platform based on mobile phone measurement report and implements the terminal part of it in this thesis, which collects real-time wireless network parameters, user network usage behavior and users'subjective satisfaction. It builds network quality assessment model by data mining algorithms. Through this model, we can evaluate and predict network state, locate the problem in wireless networks.The innovation of this thesis is as follow:1. We design the mobile wireless network parameter acquisition platform. There are lots of optimization in real-time data acquisition and data storage and upload of the platform design, the user network behavior parameters and user satisfaction with the network quality parameters accurately in real time without affecting the user's network experience at the same time.2. The collected data are cleaned and filtered, and the decision tree algorithm is used to separate the attributes of each node, divide and construct different branches. Use the recursive divide and conquer method to do the attribute selection. Designing and constructing the user's prediction model of subjective satisfaction of network quality?Using wireless network parameter acquisition and coverage capacity optimization platform can not only monitor and compare the network performance of different operators in real time and provide the network optimization plan, but also analyze the group mobility features, optimize the base station scheduling, provide users with better network choice, and promote the business services 's development, such as the quality of fees business model.
