Along with the increase of mobile users,the constant expansion of network,the wireless communication and the ever-changing environment of mobile users distribution of constant changes,mobile terminals and clinic is greatly reduced,and,obile users of mobile network quality request is more and more high,the clans between telecom operators are more and more compted,mobile network planning and network optimization has become clans telecom operators in the fierce competition of survival,seeking the developmentis in the moment. A good communication network is to satisfy customers high quality communication foundation,especially telecom operators get good economic and social benefits of guarantee.The mobile communication network quality stand or usually need through a lot of drive test work to judge,so the quality of drive test device will directly affect the quality of the mobile communication network.This paper is a research of the deviation of drive test in the network planning and network optimization of cellular mobile communication(include GSM900,TD-SCDMA and WCDMA three formats).Wireless network performance generally have wireless overlay,call completing rate,DCR Dropped Call Rate,voice quality,system capacity as index indicator.Therefore,thr real value of these indicators measuring and collecting is a wireless network planning and network optimization based,usually these index measurement and collected by dirve test devidefinished.The main works of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly thr celluar mobile telecommunication network planning and network optimization were introduced.Then detailed introduction of mobile communication(include GSM900,TD-SCDMA,WCDMA three formats)system simulation platform in process,and then the deviation respectively to join each network,it is concluded that the device diviation respectively with three system network quality relationship.
