With the rapid development of LTE network construction and the rising of 4G users, the demand for wireless network is getting higher and higher, and the quality of network is the key factor to affect the user’s satisfaction. How to optimize the 4G network in the condition of the rapid development of the network, improve the network utilization efficiency, save the operation cost and improve the user’s satisfaction degree is the key problem to be solved.Wireless network optimization is a continuous development of technology, traditional network evaluation and optimization mainly based on DT, CQT and customer complaints and other means, these means can accurately positioning to the problems that exist in the network, but need to spend a lot of time and manpower and material resources, acquisition data timeliness and optimization cycle is relatively long. For customer complaints based scheme, due to the complaints of users are not professionals, the problem they described may have a big deviation with the actual situation. And this method have a significant impact on the customer satisfaction. Therefore, using MR(the measurement report) data reported by user equipment for network optimization. MR data reflect real user distribution, sampling points covering a wide range, accurately reflect the wireless network coverage, and can greatly save manpower and material resources, cut down problems found time, maximum improve the user’s perception. In the 2G 3G era, MR data has been widely used, mainly used in frequency optimization and positioning terminal. In this paper, through the analysis of MR data, combined with the parameters of e Node B, using the antenna angle of arrival and time in advance as well as the method based on the signal strength to determine the location of MR sampling points. Four point positioning algorithm based on grid fingerprint and signal strength is proposed for the MR sampling points captured by indoor cell.In the MR data processing and analysis need to take the continuity of space and time into account, but MR data contains massive detailed information, all MR data can’t be processed in the same time, need to be divided into patches according to the geographical distribution of e Node Bs. In this paper, we use Voronoi algorithm to calculate the neighbor relationship between e Node Bs, then set a threshold for each patch and every patch has the same count of cell, so that you can make geographical substantially continuous base station is divided to a slice, each piece of data amount is also roughly the same. Then the analysis of wireless network based on the MR data of the cell dimension and the grid dimension is carried out by means of the geographic data. Mainly carries on the network the business distribution analysis, the weak coverage analysis, the overlapping coverage analysis, generates the interference matrix and so on, and uses the drive test optimization method to carry on the verification to the result.
