| The diversity and different stages in the development of information technology caused the different features of information systems in different phases. These heterogeneous and isomeric information systems conduct the information independence and separation in one sector, and have formed the "information island", which has become an obstacle to the further development of information technology. Thus, how to collaborate these heterogeneous and isomeric information systems to implement the integration of data, applications, and businesses is a heated issue for the research of today's IT industry.The mainstream information integration technology consists of three parts, namely,data integration,application integration, and business integration. Data integration solves the integration problems of underlying heterogeneous data sources, while the application integration is to solve the system's communication problems. Based on this, through the Enterprise Service Bus - ESB technology, it is able to carry out the reasonable dispatch for the integration, and to achieve the highest level of business integration. ESB is a standard integration mode between the loosely coupled service and application, which can provide communications, integration, security, transaction support, service quality control and other basic infrastructures of SOA requirements, and reflect the concept of SOA, so that the services are in an equal position of the Bus.This thesis is the study of the integration problems of Government's procurement systems, which has carried out the research based on the ESB information integration technology, has combined with examples of government procurement, has made comparisons of various integration technologies, has designed the ESB-based government internal and external application integration frameworks, and has achieved the integration example of the procurement information integrated management on the ESB integration platform. This thesis mainly consists of three parts: firstly, through the data integration technology-related federal databases, middleware patterns, and criteria analysis of ODBC, JDBC, and XML, it has proposed the integration method of heterogeneous data on the XML-based standard procurement information platform, and has improved the data integration performance through the optimized connection pool; secondly, through the analysis of the content of EAI integration, it has determined the contents of the platform application integration, and has achieved the integrated communications of all business subsystems of the platform by using the JMS, JCA technologies; and finally, based on the characteristics of the existing commercial enterprise service bus models, and the analysis of the pros and cons, it has presented the original, service-oriented enterprise service bus--OS-ESB model, has carried out the study of the internal structure and the logic and priority based routing, service gateway, and other key technologies, and has achieved the construction of integrated management platform of OS-ESB-based procurement information.The governmental informationization has played an important role in the promotion of modernization, democratization, transparency of governmental acts, while the coordinated integration and integrated platform construction are the only way for the information of government at a certain stage of development. Through the research and construction of the integrated management platform of procurement information, the practices has pointed out that the information integration under the OS-ESB framework can meet the needs of more flexible integration, it has effectively solved the problem of information island so as to improve government efficiency. |
