With the development of Tianjin computer information system, the electronic government affairs resources platform has made the huge progress. The information sharing degree is lower, the structures of the application system are not unified, the usage of the information system is unreasonable and the overall function is imperfect are the main questions in the constructed application system. Regarding this system, our final goal is for realize data information sharing and the safe visit, moreover, it should not be influenced by the data category and the region limit. For all data user, the information should be reliable moreover is transparent. Therefore this system is designed on solving these problems and the realization of above goals.Firstly, this article carries on the analysis of the Tianjin electronic government affairs level and the present situation, describes the necessity of building the Tianjin electronic government affairs resources platform and points out the research content of the article.Secondly, the essay introduces the concepts, the functions as well as the correlation standards of the essential technologies for solveing current problem by the numbers and carries on the thorough analysis to these technologies, then summarizes related contents for this system.Finally, the implementation of the Tianjin electronic government affairs resources platform describes in detail, including the goal of system design, the selection of implementation schema, the architecture and detailed design process.
