Research And Implementation Of Government Information Platform Based On J2EE

Nowadays, as the world economy shifts from the industrialization into the informatization, the informatization level has become the vital symbol showing the modernization level of the government. In the five application fields of Information Superhighway that proposed by the countries around the world, E-Government is on the first important rank. Therefore, we can say the government informatization is the precursor of the social informatization and E-Government is the outcome of the informatization development. Then, the next problem that the governments should face is, how to build up a unified government information platform to integrate the resourses of the government, improve the working efficiency of government and enhance the image of the government. According to the author's own working experience on the project of Golding Government Information Platform (GIP) in Nanchang Golding Development Co. Ltd., this paper, which covers all the research work that the author has done, is conforming to the demand of the society and also complying with the trend of the times.Including three major platforms (Office Automation, Information Release and Application Integration of E-Government), GIP, which has realized the independence of the platform and that the development language can be out of the restrictions of the operation system and database system, requires an extremely flexible operation environment. As this platform centers on the information resource management, connects each isolated system and integrates all the decentralized resources, it has also realized One-Stop Service System. Furthermore, it helps the government strengthen the management and decision-making abilities, and improve the working efficiency as well.This paper has firstly analyzed the current situation of the government information resource platform, planned its function features and objective demands and posed the overall structure and technology framework of the government information resource platform based on J2EE. Meanwhile, combining some technologies like MVC, Struts, Hibernate, XML, etc., the paper has thoroughly described the specific solutions and the ideas that will make the system come true. Moreover, it has focused on the introduction of the key technologies such as the application integration of e-government (Single Sign On), access control and so on. Finally, the paper has proposed the deficiencies of the system and the direction of the future work.
