Construction Planning And Practice Of The E-government Information Resources Integration Platform In District Level

Nowadays China’s E-government construction has been developing rapidly,Office automation become an important means to improve efficiency and reduceoperating costs.Our country from the initian network building, informationdissemination to government information resources began to integrate the main body,to enhance government capacity and service level monitoring applications forgoal-stage development.But at this stage there is not high services are not in place isa common problem exists, its degree of development and application ofe-government has a direct impact on the competitiveness between the Governmentand become a measure of government management.In order to solves these problems, this paper studies the Planning and Practiceof the Yanta District government information resource integration platform. Thispaper based on current situation of the Yanta District government information,analyzes the actual social management demand of Yanta District of Xi’an city,introduces the Service-Oriented Architecture, J2EE technology, Business ProcessManagement System, designs the information resource integration platform andoffers the measures mehhod of platform. After that, the functions of the system areverified.According to the test result of the Yanta District government informationresource integration platform, it solves the problems of management, share and useof information resource and effectively carrys out resources integration. Theworkload of this paper according to the plan has achieved the expected goal.
