Crosscut machine of corrugated is the equipment, commonly known as"flying shear", used for dynamic fixed-length shearing the cardboard output of the production line, it requires to shear the cardboard dynamic fixed-length when the speed of the cardboard output of the production line random changed. When the shear, cutter speed must follow the change of the cardboard speed. In the meantime, it puts into effect fixed-length control. Between of them are associated and influenced, so the cutting machine control is a complex motion control problem. At present, it also has no specific cross-cutting control system at home and abroad, there are some patchwork systems, but they are poor performance, unable to satisfy the high accuracy and the rapidity of control. Based on production process and control requirements of the cutting machine, the utilization of AC servo drive technology, according to"Motion controller, Servo driver, Servo motor and HMI interface"structure, this paper mainly researched and designed the corrugated crosscut machine servo control system. Based on the theory of cutter trajectory to a mathematical model, the electronic cam profile is constructed; based on the principles of continuous acceleration cutter, cutter position control algorithm is designed; based on the theory of fuzzy logic and PID control technology, a fuzzy-PID cutter controller is designed. Modular programming ideas is used to complete the software design .Which used the electronic cam function built-in motion controller, realized the cutter position control algorithm; using the TABLE variable of motion controller, established the fuzzy control query table, compiled look-up table procedures, to amend motion controller PID parameters on real-time online , to achieve precise position control of the cutter. At last, the results of experiments and simulation show that the design of crosscut machine control system is reasonable. The system have high precision of position control and good speed following characteristics and to meet the high requirements of cutting Machine. It accumulats experience for high-performance crosscut machine entire equipment design.
