With the coming of knowledge economy age,the value of human resource becomes the symbol of counting an enterprise's whole competition abilities.Because of the rapid development of science and technology,the role and responsibility of the Human Resource Management Department have been changed greatly:through the advanced computer management,the human resource management call be pulled out from the miscellaneous works and a new age Human Resource Management System is set up standing on the angle of enterprise and the high of strategy.To break away from the conventional model of human resources management。The forth channel of Guizhou TV has to develop a new human resource management system that could be customized.The HRMS (Human Resources Management System) is a typical MIS(Management Information System).The development of HRMS includes two important aspects.the backstage database and the client application.The former must be satisfied with consistency,integrity,and security.The latter must fullfill all functions and interface to be friendly.This article utilizes the modem HRMS'theory,Bonding The forth channel of Guizhou TV's actual situation.Has completed facing enterprise HEMS' demand analysis,function module division,database pattern analysis.And design the database structure and the application procedure.Designed and has realized the electron HRMS.The system satisfied the prompt record,inquires and so on.Realized the many kinds of operations under the network environment . Realized the HRMS' systematization,the standardization and the automation . The system has many characteristics.for example well operational and so on.Opening Management Information System of university is to promote harmonization between the university laboratory and laboratory resources. In order to improve the efficiency of the equipment and laboratory resources, specification the procedure of laboratory,try laboratory's best to training people,this system has become one of the important projects in university's information construction.In this paper, we are research the opening the development of laboratory management information system in Guizhou Normal University. Firstly described the purpose and significance of the open university laboratory management information system, Discussed the research situation at home and broad.Secondly, in according to the concept and development strategy of management information systems,we discussed the methods and related technologies.This research begins from the management of laboratory in university,analyze every process and the demand of opening laboratory's management in university . We also research the modular's function of the system and design it's database.Through the selecting System as well as the design system of topology to design the main interface and key features of the code to achieve the open University Laboratory Management Information System.Lastly, summarized and analyzed the future of open laboratory of university management information system.System put into use,reliable operation and improve the company's human resources management efficiency and reduce management costs,So that the platform give full play to its effectiveness and ensure the company's human resources management of information more efficient and orderly operation to achieve the target system.
