In the 21 st century,human resource management information system(HRMIS) is a n important part of management information system,it also is an important means of e nterprises improve the level of information management. While in the rapid developme nt of HRMIS, the significance and importance of HRMIS in enterprises strategic plann ing is increasing gradually.More and more investments in it can’t reach expectation of the enterprises, even there are a lot of problems existing.As information technology continuously changing and developing, HRIS constantly changing with environment, meanwhile, the internal value of HRIS exhibits divers ity and multi-perspective properties, which gives difficulty to quantify the intangible va lue and the strategic value.All these have led to re-examine and evaluate the HRIS pe rformance.Therefore, timely and impersonal evaluation of MIS seems particularly impor tant.Because only by understanding the true value of MIS, enterprises would be able t o resolve the important issues such as whether to continue to invest, and what areas s hould be improved etc. Then enterprises would summarize experiences and improve th emselves continuously. However, stress of evaluation has been particularly laid on the analysis of HRMIS performance and financial perspective, and the influence on interna l management, customer relationship and competition brought by MIS overlooked. Usu ally, the influence on these aspects is the most important, which needs frequent applic ation and improvement in a long way. Particularly, in China, compared with the rapidl y developing information industry, the evaluation of the value of HRMIS is more lagg ard. Therefore, there is an urgent need to strengthen the research on HRMIS theory a nd method of evaluation.This article uses the research method of combining theory with practice, on the b asis of previous theoretical research, with the actual situation of human resource mana gement information system in VC companyusing the balance scorecard method to buil dup a six-dimensional guideline system of HRMIS value evaluation. This paper evalua tes the value of MIS from six areas of the system performance, customers, internal pr ocesses, finance, learning and growth.And then, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert inquiry method(Delphi method) to calculate the index weight of H RMIS, to analyzethe evaluation system, and discusses the system value evaluation resu lts.
