| With the advance of information technology, each unit/department has implemented a number of information technology projects, constructed a large number of computer rooms, and put hundreds of kilometers of metro broadband networks, which covered a broad area. The scale of information systems are becoming larger, the situation is more complex, demand of timeliness is becoming strong. Consequently, to ensure the operation of the systems safe and steady becoming more and more important. Lack of a unified, standard operation and maintenance of technology systems and standardized technical fault-handling process has resulted in substantial waste of human recourses and inefficiency, also can not meet the business development requirements under new circumstances. The current level of operation and maintenance remain in the way of artificial view the inspection, taking up a lot of human resources and material resources, which is inefficient, these condition become the bottleneck of the development operation and maintenance; meanwhile, the pressure is ever-growing. How to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and data has become the most urgent problem to solve. This article take ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library or IT Infrastructure Library) concept as a guide, combined with the actual situation of Finance Bureau, from the perspectives of system procession, system architecture, control system, the selection of measurement points to monitor the transmission of choice, choice of software modules etc. to discuss design and implementation of computer room power system and environment monitoring system.By focusing on the real operational status monitoring system, reporting analysis, fault detection means such as alarms and processing has greatly enhanced the work of the information operation and maintenance capabilities in the Financial Bureau, which strongly guaranteed the safe operation of the power and communication equipments. The system has been applied to practical use in the Financial Bureau and achieved good results. |
