The Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Properties Management Information System Based On Graphic And Attributes Integration

With the rapid development of economic and society, real estate became an important part of national economy.The volume of real estate data is increasing quickly.The change of property right become increasingly frequent. So the traditional house property management's mode or the simple information construction can not satisfy the requirement of management level. At present, the graphics and attributes integration method is used to manage real estate information.This article analyzes the house property management activities, based on laws and regulations of house property managements. First, the plotting and integrated services of house property is analyzed in details, the needs of house property management system are presented. Secondly, the system structure, technical framework and the flat and related technology are defined based on the requirement analysis and the principle of integration. The framework design of system which make the data seamless integration come true (including data of spatial features, data of business and data of picture and text files) is described. Thirdly, the module division of system is elaborated, database and security are designed based on the framework design. In summary, the article achieves the design of graphics and documents integration real estate management system and gives some examples by combining the technique of work flow and GIS.This system has been used in department of housing management of our city. This system improves the efficiency and qualification of business system of house property estate management, realizes the real and comprehensive "digital property".
