Researches Towards Design Patterns Of House Property Survey System Based On GIS

With the constant development of the house property market, the survey work has become an important link among management of the house property. House survey work involves a large number of figure and special information which can be managed effectively in Geographical Information System. However, house property management software seldom adopts this technology, so now it often meets with the problems like lacking of intuitionist datum, disconnecting of figures and attributes and results in overall backwardness of the management ability. The way based on GIS software is in accordance with the future trend which takes house property information management system as one part in urban geographic information system, thus, it can avoid the fussy work of datum transaction. Unfortunately, because of such reasons as historical changes, the regional house property surveys have great difference in specific management mode, it will come up with difficulties in datum integration.Although many domestic companies have their specific solution in handling house property survey system, they still have not refined out the corresponding design patterns while on the same time, the scale and complexity of GIS technology is increasing day by day. .During the process of development, people formed some efficient methods in solving specialized problems within this field. Summing up these expertise and build up a corresponding mode will be of great significance for the development of house property survey system software. The main task of this paper is to1 , Introduce the forming of design patterns in an integrated way at first, and analyze the application of this mode in the development of GIS software on the basis of first step.2, Take Nanjing "digital house property" sharing platform as an example, analyze the specialized problems in the field and summarize some efficient methods in solving those problems and finally design a series of software applied in house property survey system..3 , Fully consider the solving mode in both overall and specific field, form one for the development of house property survey system in order to give space to rapid development in the future.
