Study On The Design Of House Property Information Releasing System Based On WebGIS

Recently with the development of China's realty business, information for real estate grows and the importance of real estate information releasing by housing department increased. WebGIS became the hot point in the research of GIS with the situation that Internet technology kept developing and individuals put much needs on GIS. GIS, based on the Internet or Intranet, is a computer-information systmetic way of storing, processing, analysising, demonstrating and applying geographic information, whose basic principle is to provide geographic information through Internet and to allow user to browse and acquire a data or a service from geographic information system. Using WebGIS, developed by the ArcIMS, to built a system which can combine the real estate and geographic information will not only benefit the real estate to complish the dream of "Digital-housing" but also provide an efficient, visualized way of searching housing information.This ariticle opened with an introduction to the structure of WebGIS, implementation technique, related technique and development platform. And analysised the srength and weakness. Suggested to use the more mature software WebGIS--ArcIMS to built a system which was examplied by the data housing information announcement system of NingBo house prosperity transation ownership management center. Followed is the introduction of the systmetic structure,operating mechanism and key techniques of ArcIMS owned by ESRI company. And, at the end of this article, use ArcIMS Web ADF to do secondary development and to realize the housing information announcement based on WebGIS.
