Based On B/S Architecture Real Estate Management Information System

China’s real estate industry is the leading industry of the national economy, in economic life of modern society has play a decisive role position. In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the need for the use of advanced IT information technology and modern management ideas to the real estate industry to improve level of management, work efficiency and service quality. To further reduce operating costs, improve economic efficiency, and ultimately enhance the real estate sales of the company’s market competitiveness.Therefore, for this, the paper developed the real estate information management system. The application of this system to regulate the real estate market operation and management have some practical significance. Based on the JSP, struts and HTML, Mysql, Tomcat6.0and MyEclipse as a development tool, using B/S structure and structured life cycle method, systematic thought and method to realize and complete. The system includes user management, housing, housing information maintenance module, query module, cell information maintenance module and other functional modules.This paper uses the now popular network technology, the convenience of both parties, improve efficiency.On the one hand the real estate enterprise, can be quickly released updated information; to reduce cost of sales; collect customer demand information. On the other hand, for property buyers, can quickly get the latest information; thinning purchase intentions, improve selection efficiency.
