The Design And Implement Of The Information Management System For The House Property Mapping

This thesis intends to describe the whole design and implement process of theinformation management system for the house property mapping. The J2EE programfor Browser//Web Server/EJB Server/DataBase Server architecture is implementedwith JBuilder2005. The system uses WebLogic 8.1 as the software server. Themanagement of database is implemented by Oracle Enterprise 9i. With the use ofblack-box testing and white-box testing, the J2EE program and the functionality ofthe system is tested.In the design of the information management system for the house propertymapping, two platform-J2EE and .NET is compared. By the compositive comparisonand analysis from the aspect thereinafter: the supporting grade for the distributingtechnology, tools that can be used, the environment for rapid software development,the platform stability, the server stability, the production variety, a conclusion isreached that the J2EE platform is more appropriate for the information managementsystem development.A research about the architecture and design of J2EE is brought out. The researchinclude component and tier technology, RMI and it's appliance, EJB and it's appliance,JDBC and the database appliance. The appliance of the Unified Process in theinformation management system for the house property mapping is introduced.The characters of procedure oriented program design, object oriented programdesign, component oriented program design and design pattern oriented programdesign are discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of database based on file,database based on relationship and database based on object are concisely introduced.With the development and the appliance of the information management systemfor the house property mapping, the J2EE platform is proved effective in separatingoperation logic from bottom technology. The J2EE platform makes the informationmanagement system flexible and extensible. The J2EE platform reduces the cost andcomplexity in developing a system of multi-tier, and strengthens the security ofsystem. The J2EE platform is also proved to be well applied in modern managementof files,Office Automation and controlling the work flow.
