Research On Type Of Science And Technology Progam Management Based On B/S

In this paper, we introduce CSCW into the oilfield and provide the uniform, normal, cooperative condition for the management of the science and technology plan project, according to the basic principle of CSCW. The system investigate and improve the existing model of technology management, we put forward a way and establish the system model on the basis of the Workflow conception model. Then this system applies the composite cooperative pattern according to the practical situation. Also we give the way to manage data and solve the problem of the share collision, which uses the work pattern of hypertext and the directory tree. Besides, this system provides'discussing section'for the cooperative people where they can rap off. At last, the design and implementation of the system is summarized, at the same time we put up the view of the development of this system in the future.The system defines and implements various objects and storage of data, using the tool of Sql-Server database. In the subsystem of distribution, it applies the technology of Asp.net. Now it has been used in the Science and Technology Bureau of Daqing city.
