The Apply Of CSCW And Workflow Technologies On Port Intelligentized Management Information System

With the widely and increasing fierce competition, the software company encounter demands of product design and market flexibility. A designer working on the condition of stand-alone or lonely user,even in a design group,can not able to share his design works. The requests of different specialitis are different, which makes reiteration of design project and wastes time an manpower. In the fact, the collaborative effects make departments work. So it is very important to import the conception of CSCW.Since CSCW system was brought forward,more and more people have paid attention to the research of the domain. People have a virtual work environment of computer to discuss and confer each other freely by CSCW system.Though th future is beautiful,to realize a perfect system is difficult because of the fact that the CSCW system comes down to knowledge of many subjects and is different to build.Workfow techonology is a core technology which realizes enterprises' business process modeling,simulation,optimization,management and integration consequently automation. Combined with workflow management technology may bring logistics management information system great agility so that business process can be founded quickly according to logistics enterprises' idiographic demands in order to meet the needs of enterprises and clients.This paper researches how to apply the CSCW and workflow technology to the design of enterprise management information system(MIS) , based on the advantage of CSCW and workflow. This type of MIS is flexible and high efficient, can easily attain the demands of company.This paper firstly introduce the conception of CSCW and workflow. Then describe the main application of CSCW and workflow. Finally, I discuss the way of application according to the tianjin management information system.
