Research And Realization On The Management System Of Cooperative Science And Technology

In this paper, following the design standards of network database information management system and combining with the basic principle of CSCW, we introduce coordination into the field of science and technology and provide the uniform, normal, cooperative condition for the management of the science and technology information. The system investigate the current mode of technology management of Daqing oil field, and we put forward a method and establish the system model on the basis of the Workflow conception model, according to the workflow approach to construct collaborative model. And based on the study of existing collaborative model, we choose a suitable asynchronous collaborative work pattern for the system.From reality of the information management of science and technology of Daqing oil field, this paper achieves hierarchy of the information, routing of the business and collaborative of the staff, and realizes the portal-style information dissemination supported by the network of existing enterprises. This paper completes the modules of science and technology planning management, science and technology funds management, science and technology achievements management, patent management, technical marketing management, laboratory management and so on.The system defines and implements various objects and storage of data, using the tool of Sql-Server database. In the subsystem of distribution, it applies the technology of Asp.net. Now it has been used in the Science and Technology department of Daqing oil field company ltd.
