Management System Of Petroleum Technology Information Based On CSCW

CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work)is the important field of computer theory and application. CSCW makes use of the alternation of computer, the distribution of network and the integration of multimedia to support colony member of different region and specialty to finish cooperative work. The CSCW technique based on WEB makes good use of the wide connection of WEB, friendly interface and continual improvement alternation, so it has become one of the most important development direction.In this paper, we introduce CSCW into the oilfield and provide the uniform, normal, cooperative condition for the management of petroleum technology information followed the design standard of information management system for network database and combined with the basic principle of CSCW system design. We put forward a way and establish the system model on the basis of the Workflow and Ellis conception model. Then this system applies the composite cooperative pattern according to the practical situation. Also we give the way to manage data and solve the problem of the share collision, which uses the work pattern of hypertext and the directory tree. Besides, this system provides 'discussing section' for the cooperative people where they can rap off. At last, the design and implementation of the system is summarized, at the same time we put up the view of the development of this system in the future.This system defines and implements various objects and storage of data, using the tool of Delphi and Sql-Server database. In the concretely implement, it applies the technology of ASP. Now it has been used by Technology Development Department of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company.
