Research Of Green Supplier Risk Management In Electronic Manufacturing Project

In recent years with the increasingly strict environmental regulations of electronic and electrical products,the electronic manufacturing industry has carried out the supervision and control of green compliance within all the processes in the life cycle of electronic products.As the source of green production,green supply chain risk management has become the focus of the electronic industry which is particularly concerned.This paper is based on the research of the green supply chain risk management and the process management system of hazardous substances in the electronics industry,and identifies four main processes of the green supplier risk management: green supplier evaluation and selection,green component review and confirmation,green component receiving validation and green supplier performance management.The process management framework of green supplier hazardous substances is constrcucted.In order to carry out the risk management in the process,especially assesses risk level of the green parts and the green supplier,and the risk factors in the process management are identified and the corresponding measures are established.This paper also aims at the deficiency of the original evaluation index system of Y company,establishes and improvs the green supplier evaluation index system and green supplier performance evaluation index system.AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)methods are combined to analyze the evaluation of green suppliers,and FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method)is used to evaluate the performance management of green supplier in order to distinguish the supplier's performance level and to identify opportunities for improvement.
