The Design And Implementation Of Government Procurement Ispector Supplier Evaluation System

In the process of Government Procurement, the suppliers are also the beneficiaries. It is an important task to strengthen the supervision and management in refining the Government Procurement system. Also, it is of great importance to build inspector supplier evaluation system in the process of Government Procurement informationization.This paper introduces WEB architecture firstly and then analyzes system requirements based on E- Government Procurement; an integrity evaluation indicator and quantitative model is shown lately. Based on this, mainly describes the design and implementation of the system, the system architecture based on SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) is given. It also presents the main function modules and datasheet structure. The focus of the implementation is module of graded and supplier query. Finally, part of the function of the system is shown.The inspector supplier evaluation system presented in this paper can satisfy the corresponding requirements well. Meanwhile, the integrity evaluation indicator and quantitative model built in this paper can be of reference for other evaluation systems.
