CRM system construction goal of building a unified customer information system platform to provide customers with a comprehensive unified enterprise interface, using advanced data warehousing and data mining tools, decision analysis techniques to identify potential user information and sales opportunities, providing customers with personalized service and dedicated customer service support for the establishment of a business management system, customer-oriented marketing, service management systematic, professional and strategic, to provide personalized customer's specific requirements Oriented, high-quality pre-sales and after-sales service.The thesis topic is relying on Haikang Software Engineering Co., Ltd. of Heilongjiang Province which design and development the CRM system.The system is divided into seven main function of management module:relationship management, contract management, counterparty management, service management, statistical analysis, communication room and system management functional blocks. The system has complete rights management, you can set the permissions according to the management personnel use the system.System design is based on B/S structure, using MyEclipse as a development tool, back-end database using SQL Server 2000 database design. The system uses Struts, Hibernate, Spring framework for the development of the three mainstream. But also asynchronous interaction with server with the DWR framework of the visit.
