Remote monitoring system can run the state Shearer real-time monitoring, which greatly improves the reliability and service life of Shearer. However, underground coal mine environment, the complexity and unpredictability of spatial data, so that data transmission of downhole monitoring and control system on the shearer smooth operation of great significance.Traditional real-time monitoring system does not have the open, there is no unified standard communication protocol, between different manufacturers of software and hardware integration difficult to achieve, causing duplication of software development, human and material resources of a lot of waste. OPC for industrial automation software, object-oriented development to provide a unified standard. It is the hardware vendors and application developers to separate, greatly improved the efficiency of both. OPC reduces system integration process of duplication of work, process control systems represent the future direction of development of communication standards.This report is based underground working environment, and data transmission, it was proposed Ethernet and wireless LAN technology combined with the downhole data transmission network programs; detailed analysis of the underground communication related to MODBUS RTU protocol and MODBUS TCP protocol was designed based on two protocols of data frame format and data reporting package formats; use the OPC as the industrial computer and communication between control center Inoue software interface standard, a detailed analysis of the OPC communication mechanism, proposed OPC server object and the overall structure data structure. OPC technology was designed based on the data access to access the server and client applications, complete, simultaneous read / write, asynchronous read / write operations and data subscription operation to achieve the OPC server and client applications of the basic communications functions. The results of this research for improving data transmission efficiency and enhance communication between different data sources the flexibility to promote the system of hardware and software integration has a positive effect.
