Now the society is in a period full of data,everywhere can involve data,so it is important to implement the sharing and security.With the rapid development of computer and network communication technology based on industrial control and automation has also been a great influence,so in the process control the emergence of a new generation of information systems,but they generally cannot effectively communicate with each other,but also prone to conflicts between different programs,although at present,data isolation there are a lot of equipment,but the price is generally more expensive,difficult to be widely used,so the research on a client,can realize data sharing and security production data security and practical client software is a very meaningful topic.The above problems,the present industrial monitoring based on the needs of data integration for heterogeneous production control system,realize the data exchange standard of different control devices using OPC technology,easy to realize data integration and sharing;using Modbus RTU serial communication of the collected data transmission,so that the serial isolation the effects of the virus on,so as to ensure the safety of the production system.This article through the focus on the OPC data access specification and Modbus protocol,using Visual Studio 2015 as the development tool,is proposed according to the implementation of the OPC client software program development of custom OPC interface specification,and makes a further study on the serial communication of Modbus RTU based on Modbus protocol encapsulation and serial port parameter set,conversion of OPC/Modbus,the OPC client from the OPC server to read the data through the standard Modbus RTU serial transmission,ensure the security of data transmission;finally,the performance test of the OPC/Modbus software,the basic functions of OPC/Modbus are verified to demonstrate the validity of the software in actual production data integration system.
