Based on status ouo of supervisory control system, we put forward a new supervisory control irethod, where the principal and subordinate coexists at station. Adopting MODBUS communications protocol, the system realizes data acquisition and supervisory control to long-distance oil well using GSM SMS. To short-haul but convergence distributing oil well, the system adopts C/S framework via RS232 or RS485 or wireless transmission network. We developed the sever system on Delphi6.0 platform: designing interface of supervisory control, realizing MODBUS protocol in wire network and wireless communication with SMS based on wireless module, implementing query and analyze on data of history. Our work also included implementing all functions to terminal unit, marking out other communication interface of system in order to be compatible to other systems and instruments. The system can also save function data of terminal unit on schedule to be queried by sever system and detected in local. At the same time it is important to do research on rules of empty pump and of idle decision. Through analyzing on actual data, we found the system does have economical benefit, attaining the purpose of reducing consume and increasing benefit. In communication function of system, a little breakthrough has also been made.We put forward communication technology of GSM SMS, which is the first time in domestic to be applied to long-distance communication of supervisory control system in oil well. The running result is relatively satisfied and the system has great value in oil field to automatic system construct in oil field of low-seep and low-storage.
