For a long time,workers collect the most of production workshop production capacity by hand,the process is tedious and error-prone,the management can't know the real-time production situation and adjust production plan timely and reliably.But with the rapid development of computer network technology,and the government actively promote industrial informatization,more and more enterprises begin to abandon backward methods of production data acquisition,begin to use advanced information data management platform for enterprise data management.For the workshop data collection and management problems of a bearing manufacturing enterprise,research the workshop data transmission,storage management and visualization technology,design and build a complete workshop production capacity data acquisition management system,has an important significance to the enterprise informatization upgrade.The research takes the informatization upgrade of a large bearing manufacturing enterprise in Quzhou as the background,firstly the development and research status of industrial data acquisition system are understood,and aim at the current problems of the target enterprise such as the inefficient artificial methods of acquisition,the delay of the production information transmission and the limited capacity for data management,combining with the actual situation of the enterprise: The workshop area is large,The production environment is complex,a large quantity of acquisition points distribute in a wide area,the principle,structure,functional requirements and technical scheme of the data acquisition system has been researched and discussed.Then the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream wireless transmission technology are analyzed,and the project of data wireless transmission is determined.Some key technologies of web application are analyzed,such as dynamic data display,graph drawing and other techniques are studied.Then,based on the actual background and requirements of the project,the structure and scheme of the workshop production capacity data acquisition system based on web and kanban are proposed.Then according to the design requirements,the acquisition hardware is selected,the data collection script is developed and the capacity database is designed and built,the entire process include acquisition,disposal and storage is done.According to different data display requirements,two workshop electronic kanban were designed and developed in the configuration software.the function modules of web application are designed and developed,such as user permission management,the remote query of real-time and historical data,production plan management,parameter configuration of the system,etc.Finally,the system is tested in the enterprise workshop.The research results show that the system is stable and reliable,workshop staff can query to real-time data through the Kanban,also can query remote data and use other functions in the web application with a variety of devices,satisfy the requirement of production data management and data visualization.
