The traditional data acquisition equipment relying on industrial computer is based on the standard computer bus.With the diversification of data acquisition application scenarios,the problem of poor flexibility of traditional data acquisition equipment is highlighted.The embedded data acquisition equipment has become a new development direction with the characteristics of flexibility and modularization.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a 16 bit precision programmable data acquisition and measurement module based on embedded,which can realize the functions of programmable data acquisition,measurement,display and storage.The embedded interface can form a complete system with other devices to complete a variety of acquisition tasks.In this paper,STM32F407 ZG microcontroller and 16 bit AD7606 B chip are used as the core devices.On this basis,the signal conditioning circuit,display and touch circuit,communication and storage circuit are designed,and the hardware platform of 8-channel synchronous data acquisition is built.Based on Modbus communication protocol to achieve command control,data query,data storage and other programmable functions.The user interface is designed by using embedded GUI interface STem Win,and the independent working function without upper computer is realized by using TFT-LCD touch screen.USB Host is used to connect external large capacity USB storage device,and the key data is stored in real time with program design.In the Keil5 integrated development environment,based on ?C/OS-III real-time operating system,the overall framework of software is constructed,and the software design of signal acquisition and measurement,data storage and communication functions is completed,which improves the real-time performance,development efficiency and later maintainability of the system.With the help of laboratory platform to test the system,in the acquisition stability test,the relative error of AC signal is less than 1%,and the full-scale error of DC signal is less than0.05%;in the multi-channel synchronous acquisition test results,the channel isolation is 90 d B;in the data storage test,the non continuous storage speed can reach about 900KB/s.The test results show that the data acquisition and measurement module based on embedded design has good performance,high precision,flexibility and programmable characteristics.A solution is proposed to solve the problems existing in traditional data acquisition equipment,which has certain practical application value.
