Data collection and distribution control,as a key part of space telemetry system is currently mainly exist in two forms,but with the requirements of miniaturization and test simple,these two important link is moving in the integrated measurement and control the direction of development.In this paper,the method of remote measurement and control,the real-time data collected from the field through the Modbus field bus,the host computer control instructions from the network,the formation of centralized monitoring of the host computer control station.Design of the control system can achieve a variety of analog signal acquisition,coding frame system of international data,for intelligent power distribution control,data transmission and encryption functions,can meet the needs of the space telemetry field of high precision data acquisition and intelligent power distribution control,integrated measurement and control.The system is divided into two parts: the upper computer PC and the lower computer.The upper computer completes the human-computer interaction and control function.The lower computer completes the function of data acquisition and execution.The function of the host computer is realized through the software code;lower machine function by software and hardware with the completion of,both through the local area network communication.In addition,PC can also constitute a master-slave structure of network communication function with other system equipment by the IP address of the.The real time data acquisition part takes the ATmega128 L as the core,can complete the 10 channel-36V~+36V voltage signal and the 6 channel 0~3A current signal data isolation collection.Intelligent power supply and distribution of the above bit machine for the control of the core,the single-chip microcomputer to provide instructions to perform functions,in order to control the output of the switch mode power supply for power distribution circuit.Single chip microcomputer and the encryption machine through the serial port data exchange to complete the data encryption function,through the Modbus protocol to send to the host computer.In this paper,a detailed theoretical analysis,overall scheme design,software and hardware design of the real-time data acquisition and control system based on AVR is carried out.Finally,the system debugging is carried out,which proves the correctness of the design.AVR microcontroller based on real-time data acquisition and control system is complete,the acquisition speed is high,and the channel can be extended,practical and strong,the follow-up will be used to participate in flight test.
