Since the 90s of the 20th century,The information technology advances rapidly, with the development of computers,mobile phones,multimedia skills,Internet......is profoundly change people's lifestyles, ways of thinking,and even way of life.We witnessed the rise of new media such as network media and mobile media, which courses an unprecedented breakthrough change of the media development. The new media event is based on Internet and mobile media, because the issue presenter and issue promoter of the network media event from the traditional media to the public,which makes the spread of new media event of social significance. The new media event study with a new concepts and methods, embodies the characteristics of network agenda setting. The interactive of new media and traditional media agenda setting, resulting in comprehensive social influence. "Human flesh search" is one of the important product of the new media age which cannot be ignored by us, it is well-known by the new media audience, and influence the mainstream media's thinking and social public opinion.In this paper,I take 2006-2010, "human flesh search" typical case as an example. Based on text analysis, content analysis and second-hand interview data, this article explores the issus of how the internet users and the new media to construct human flesh search events.From the agenda setting theory and media sociology theory, I discuss the true appeals of the human flesh search and the media's effects,the mode of evolution and the social effects. Study found that in the era of new media, agenda setting and the media's effects presents a very interesting new features, Inject to the network sociology a new element, which deserves further investigation.
