With the full-service era, group customer with a strategic must be the focus of telecom operators to compete. It is great significant for the promotion of fast-scale promotion of the Group's business, pulling the entire information value chain, enhancing the sales and service capabilities of the Group's business and strengthening the Group's customers to maintain and expand in full-service times to establish sales agent channel system and develop sales agent team.Basing the practice of Group business sales agent management, Zhejiang Mobile made the requirements to develop the Group business Sales Agent (referred to as SA) channel management system. The goal is to improve the science, rationality and efficiency of SA management and to provide a quick and efficient information management platform for SA to manage their group customers and business, also to increase sales.The Rational Unified Process is used as development tool and UML is used as description language for analyzing and design in this paper. The whole system adopts Aisainfo-Archetecture, object-oriented idea and Integrated Development Technology of Web Services. In the end, the system has been implemented as a management information system including five subsystems named SA management, SA channel operator management, business office online management, group customer management and business acceptance management, as well as smaller function modules.In this paper, three parts are designed and implemented, including the SA Group's business management, SA channel operator rights management and group customer management:Somes fuctions are implemented in the part of the Group business management, including adding SA, querying SA, modifying SA, upgrading SA, downgrading SA, intruducting SA, changing business, exiting, suspending, restoring, maintaining operator data and managing margin. The SAs look like the structure of tree and the functions look like the node side by side, when they are displayed on BBOSS system. It makes the page intuitive and the operation easy;In the part of group customer management, the interface technology of Web Services is used to achieve integrated communications between the net office and BBOSS system. This part provides some functions, including request of adding group or maintain group, querying the group's name and querying the status of work orders. The controllability and efficiency are improved in the management of the group customers for China Mobile;The interface technology of Web Services is also used in the part of the operator rights management. This part provides some functions, including verifying permissions of login, finding the password, changing password and searching the channel which the operators attributing. The system is enchanced in security.Now, part of the system has been used successfully by Zhejiang Mobile. It has a great effect and makes the sales agent management and group business acceptance efficient.
