Since the restructuring, telecom operators are facing an increasingly fierce competition of whole business. Telecom operators paid a lot to foster mass market, and realized a continuously rapid development for several years through mass market products and services. In recent years, mass market business began to saturation and its revenue growth slowed down, even showing declining revenue and shrinking market share in some areas. On the contrary, with operators’marketing targeting enterprise and group market, group business market is gradually becoming the new focus point, because its revenue and share of overall revenue of operators kept increasing in recent year. As summaries show, the operators found they got better ROI (Return on Investment) by leverage social channels to develop group business, not only saves much marketing cost, but also got larger business scale. These advantages provide strong driving force to expand the group business market.In order to provide better support to social channels during business development, telecom operators put much attention to build their group business channel system. Compared with traditional mass market channel system, it is more complicated and asked higher requirements to build group business channel system. Due to the group business market started late but developed rapidly, and operators are lack of experience and successful reference, there become many management problems on group market channel system, which even affected the development pace of overall group business market. Therefore, it has become imminent and important to design and develop an efficient and comprehensive channel system for group business.This article focuses on the design and implementation of two key function modules:qualification administration and remuneration management of group business channel system. Firstly the author introduces of the background and significance of this project, analyzes the domestic and foreign current situation and sets a clear goal for the project. Then, the author decomposes the functional requirements of channel system based on business processes and the objects involved, and lists the technology requirements for system building, that is APPframe structure technology which the system is based on, including system architecture, system applications aim and main function of APPframe. In the next, the author introduces the overall design solution and the structural model of channel system, and describes the design of qualification administration and remuneration management modules in details. Finally, the author introduces the system testing methods, testing environment and testing solution, including the system implementation methods, organization structure, implementation plan, implementation effects and etc., then analyzes the implementation result to verify availability of the channel system.In this paper, the author shows the design of channel system for operators’group business, and the implementation in reality of the system. This paper assists channel management people on qualification administration, remuneration management and alike during their daily jobs, and resolves many burning issues such as chaos in channel qualification management, business data error, remuneration settlement delay and so on. The paper also states the responsibilities of relevant departments, in order to improve the efficiency of channel management and the channels’initiative to developing group business market, provide effective supports to channels during expanding market, and ultimately strengthen operators’comprehensive competitiveness in group business market.
