As technology continues to develop and improve the level used for production management computer systems become more deeply into all walks of the enterprise. In the hotel industry, the management of the customer is critical in recent decades of economic reform wave, rapid changes in China ’s economy has undergone so that population turnover rate among cities greatly improved, So along with the economic development and high-speed transmission of information and development of the times, computer technology has been widely used in the hospitality sector, a variety of management applications in a variety of different nature, different types, different scale hotel plays increasingly more important role.The 80% profits come from 20% of the customers who call the hotel’s VIP in hotel domain. Sunshine Hotel Group was established in November 2007, the China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) in hotel tourism as its core business of specialized companies. In addition to the hotel ’s own hardware to upgrade and maintain the comfort givers, with advanced software support, innovative service model to provide high quality software services to anticipate and cater to the needs of key customers and provide satisfactory service plus personalized surprise for them, is to maintain and get a decisive factor in their trust.Research objectives of this project is based on ASP.NET technology, combined with the SQL Server database, implemented in the Visual Studio development platform is based on B / S three-tier hotel group VIP customer management systems.This research Sunshine Hotel VIP customer management system using SOA architecture hotel rooms management system and customer management system consisting of a unified VIP customer management system, enabling VIP reception service between the hotel and a member of the hotel group systems management for non- VIP customers butt joints, practice uniform VIP reception standards, to achieve the same level of service VIP reception, VIP customers realize the true sense of the group, a comprehensive management system to solve the problem of information silos between different systems, so that the function of hotel management system integration, and the hotel industry management system provides a new theoretical foundation.Programming language of this research system using C# language, using ASP.NET MVC 3 Framework for System Design Based on object-oriented programming design. Framework is based on using ADO.NET Entity Framework 4.0 operating SQL SERVER 2005 database.
