With the rapid development of domestic Internet and communication industry,the business form of operators has changed dramatically in the past decade.In the face of fierce market competition,the key to occupy the market is to segment the user market and provide efficient service to different cluster customers.The original business support system is mainly designed for the public users.It cannot provide timely and effective support in the face of the professional business of the group customer market.It can only resolve the large-scale business of the group customer into a single business based on the public market,which is easy to cause low business efficiency,high error rate and affect customer perception.The group customer business support system designed in this paper will change the existing system's business presentation and support mode with a single user as the core,but become a business support system based on group customer relationship management,which will group users with the same application scenario and business requirements into a whole,so as to provide the optimal business for such users with the least resources The support system greatly improves the business support efficiency of group customers and reduces the error rate.The main functions of the system are as follows:(1)Customer information management: including customer name,customer basic information,customer's existing business and tariff,preferential conditions and preferential expiration time,and existing contract information.(2)List member management: includes the business number information of group customer member,and the member number belongs to group customer management.(3)Product management: including customized product information and preferential information for group customers.(4)Document management: archive and store important documents such as contracts,so as to associate business tariff and preferential information of relevant group customers.(5)System management: differentiate permissions according to different modules and users' roles.The system realizes the rapid batch business customization and product management for the business numbers of users under the same group customers.Different group customers can also customize different marketing products to achieve differentiated competition.Through the test during the trial operation of the system,the system has basically reached the design goal.At present,it has supported the network transfer services of hospital,government,customs,public security and other system customers,and solved the problems of low work efficiency,affecting customer perception,high human error rate caused by a large number of repetitive customized services for user number under the original business support mode with single user as the core.It also improved user perception while improving work efficiency.
