The Design And Realization Of Applying Project Management In Business Planning Statistical Management System

Recently,with the deepening revolution of national mining industry system and the development of the scientific technology,more and more industries have launched the informatization revolution,however,Yankuang Group in Shandong province currently is using several independent management systems which are lack of unified plan and proper data collection methods.The long distance between the subsidiaries of Yankuang Group and other outposts caused much repeated work of recording and waste of resources.In order to solve these problems,the Business Planning Statistical Management System was designed and developed for Yankuang Group.An in-depth research was conducted to get aware of the plans,statistical business procedures and the requirements of the Yankuang Group,this paper adopted UML to establish the use case model,static model and interactive model of the system,completing the requirement analysis and the overall design of the system.B/S,C/S and three-layer framework are adopted in this system.Taking Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 as its development platform and selecting SQL Server 2008R2 as its data storage,this system is applied and developed on the basis of ASP.NET Web,so as to realize the design of the planning module,statistical module,information management module,notifying module and system setting module.Besides,this system also realizes some business functions of six capital annual plan,seasonal plan and monthly plan,such as: safety,scientific technology,repair charge,technical transformation and the compile,approval,print,storage and inquiry of the capital construction plan,which also supports the dynamic supervision of the operational situation of the production capital and makes a proper adjustment and control of the production capital plan.Planning Statistical Information Management System Business is of complicated business and with complete functions,including many sub-system modules,and all the modules exists independently.Hence,the control of the system cost,the efficiency of the operation and whether it can be finished in time are the concerns of this system.During the whole course of the system development,the project management was applied to realize the effective and scientific management of the system.The unified modeling language was selected as the way to describe requirement of the system and to design and develop the system,making system management plan,listing the features and range of the project,selecting the life cycle and relative phases of the project,so as to control the schedule and time of the whole development;the control of the change of the whole system is throughout and applied in every phase of the project;in the course of the system development,it is necessary to control the quality,checking whether the specific result is satisfied with the quality standard of the project;besides,the risk control measure is implemented to improve the probability of success of the project.
