The Research Of Single-Piece And Small-Batch Enterprise Inventory Management Integration Information Model

With the advent of 21st century knowledge-based economy, enterprise information management faces even more severe challenges. The complexity and diversity of enterprise systems must integrate a variety of management ideas, theories and methods. Also should establish integration information model which should be wholly applied among enterprises. Information model is the important foundation for enterprises to implement advanced manufacturing strategies as well as to reengineer under business process. Through the establishment of information model, it can achieve information integration and sharing so as to provide theoretical guidance for single-piece and small-volume enterprises information enforcement. By the way, it can achieve internal and external information sharing and exchange for one-piece low-volume enterprises so as to provide a theoretical basis for future single-piece and small batch business organization restructuring. Such being the case, it further enhances the efficiency and competitiveness for single-piece and small-volume enterprises.This thesis takes the single-piece and small-volume enterprises as the study object. It firstly analyses the problems of enterprise information and briefly describes the contents and benefits of information integration. Based on their theoretical knowledge, studies the information integration model of such enterprises to determine the research direction. Secondly, it briefly introduces the enterprise modeling, which includes the method, the range and the purpose to establish such kind model. On this basis, the paper gives the overall IDEF0 model of enterprises and analyses the various business management module. According to the characteristics of small-batch production enterprises, it analyses the status and problems existing in inventory management. Followed taking the inventory management as an example, introduces enterprises information flow and related definitions, establishes inventory management IDEF4 model of single-piece and small-volume enterprises, and further propose solutions to achieve timely delivery, low-cost and relevant strategies for single-piece and small-volume enterprises. Finally, as the authentication for already established information models and integrated content, it designs inventory management information system, describes these designs of inventory management process, function, database, permissions and other aspects. On the basis of such designs, finally builds Struts framework of inventory management for the single-piece and small-volume enterprises.
