In the equipment researching and producing, an institute of our academy is responsible for some serials of product of the equipment. The management and organization of manufacture are still manually at present. It consumes a great deal of manpower and time to work out product plan, to execute and to control the product schedule. With the increasing of product variety and new product research, stressing on the deadline of product delivery, the issues such as how to improve the techniques in manufacture management and schedule control, to make reasonable use of resources, as well as to keep to task schedule, and so on, have became the top importance question for management level.Based on the comprehensive analysis of manufacture management and organization patterns, the prime problems to be solved are fingered out. The key technologies used in the implementation of this system are discussed: the system modeling, the development method, the object-oriented technology, the software reusability, and the system privilege management.1. Followed by the review on the history, existing circumstance and questions of MIS in enterprise, the manufacturing types and the enterprise's current situation, it brings forward the prime problem to be solved by this system.2. After business flows are determined by requirement analysis, the system using UML is modeled.3. Based on analysis of the design tactics and methods of software architect, this system's overall design and database design are described in detail.4. Security model is designed and implemented on Role Based Access Control. This improves privilege management module's extensibility and affectivity.5. By the implementation of object-oriented technology and agile software development methods, the detailed analyses and design are discussed. Besides the improvement on module indecency and reusability, this ensures software development schedule.6. Based on analysis object persistence mechanics, an implement of object persistence in PowerBuilder is given.The problems of production management in the institute are better solved by the system, and to some extent, it promotes the improvement of production management level in the institute, effective usage of enterprise resources, and accomplishment of national assignment. In addition, because the system is developed for special environment, therefore, it provides the reference for production management of the same type of enterprises in our academy.
