Study On The Design Information Model Of Standardized Based Single And Small Batch Product

The mode of production of single and small batch increases day by day, according to characteristics of manufacturing mode of single and small batch, the establishment of a single and small batch product information model affords a basis for the realization of information sharing and integration. When establish a consistent product information model, not according to a certain stage or a part of a concrete product, must analysis on common characteristics of all kinds of single and small batch products in different stages, draws out a consistent product design information, ensure sharing product resource meets data exchange, information sharing and operation during different systems constraint, used in guiding system developing and implementing of enterprise. Abstracted product data information is described in Unified Modeling Language IDEF4. As a design method, IDEF4 is used to illustrate component of object oriented system design specially. The method can undertake effective information from requirement analysis phase, and it can convert the documents of design stage into program code frame conveniently, and provides the graphic expression of object programming language. This method makes system behavior drawed out which forms a independent submodel, emphasizes behavior and the structure of object are equal importance. While XML is a standard language of making interaction during customer and database. XML is a standard which can be automatic comprehended by program, the selfdescribing of XML makes client understand the logic data structure and meaning when receive data which is different from other data transfer standard, thus make it possible for extensive, general distributed computing. Based on the characteristics of single and small batch production and XML standard, this paper presents a standardized based product design information model IDEF4, which realizes the standardization of model information.This thesis analyzes the aspects of MVC Design Pattern, XML standard, the main characteristics of single and small batch production, standardization technology, IDEF4 model, Data Exchange Model based on XML, group technology, the collectivity design and implement of product design information system of single-little enterprise. Mainly studied XML standard, the main characteristics of single and small batch production, IDEF4 model, Data Exchange Model based on XML and group technology.In the process of implementation of prototype system for product design information of single-little enterprise, reasonable single and small batch product design information model IDEF4 is constructed using C# and Oracle, realizes the standardization of model information. Prototype system for product model not only provides product data information required by the single and small batch products, but also achieve the functions of partial classification retrieval.
