As an order-driven production mode,the single-piece small-batch production mode has a small volume of products and a low repetition rate of production.Personalized customization demands increase the difficulty of production processing and workshop scheduling.Aerospace manufacturing enterprise as a typical enterprise of single small batch production mode,standard parts only account for 5%.Due to the wide variety of products and great differences,there is no time quota or equipment-parts for dispatching personnel.Therefore,in the actual process of workshop scheduling,manual scheduling can only rely on experience,which is relatively random,and it is difficult to ensure the workshop production efficiency.Therefore,it is of practical significance to establish the time quota and equipment-process matching method suitable for single small batch production mode to optimize scheduling results and improve production efficiency.The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on parts classification of single small batch production mode: Taking frame parts as an example,the component-machine tool incidence matrix is established.Through the production process analysis method,cluster analysis principle and composite process method are used to form the parts family with high similarity and its typical process flow.It forms a part family with high similarity and its typical process flow,which provides the prerequisite for the follow-up work of time quota research.(2)Research on the time quota method: In view of the empirical time quota in the workshop,the method of statistical analysis combined with analogical comparison is used to complete the work of time quota.Through the study of the time quota method,the author gives some Suggestions for the time quota work of the dispatcher.The verification shows that this method improves the accuracy of time quota to some extent.(3)Research on equipment-parts matching and realization of expert system: Aiming at the single matching result in the process of equipment-parts matching in the workshop,by using rough set theory,the factors that play an important role in equipment-parts matching are clarified,and based on this,the equipment-parts matching model is established.On the basis of the equipment model,the matching rules are established,and the device-workpiece matching expert system is built through programming.Through the establishment of the expert system,assist the dispatcher to complete the equipment-process matching,and make clear the process processing equipment.(4)Production scheduling realization and simulation verification: By scheduling module of establish the platform for production scheduling simulation implementation;On the premise of defining the scheduling objective and algorithm,the scheduling simulation is carried out by using the scheduling software to simulate the working hours and matchi ng relations obtained by different time quota methods and equipment-parts matching.The comparison of gantt chart shows that the method of time quota and the research of eq uipment-process matching can optimized scheduling results and improve the production e fficiency.
