Study On The Long-effect Mechanism Construction And Countermeasure Of Beijing Public Library Volunteer Management

With the constant development of China's economic, Voluntary industry is booming,people's demand of cultural life is becoming higher and higher, and more and more volunteers participate in the volunteering of the public libraries.In the libraries of the Hong Kong and Taiwan areas and abroad, Voluntary Service and management mechanism has been operating quite mature.But whether in public libraries or university libraries of the mailand of our country, How to construct the long-effect mechanism of the management for volunteers in the scientific and efficient way is still in the exploratory stage, the sustainable development of the Public Libraries Volunteer Services is to be study and research.This thesis, whicn makes the Public Library in Beijing as the research object, has deeply investigated and studied the current situation of the management for volunteers in Beijing Public Libraries.The project, throughout the surveys for volunteers and interviews with the managers, learning the experience of volunteer management in large-scale sports events at home and abroad, comprehensivly applying research methods such as literature analysis, questionnaires, interviews and comparative study etc, has systematically and intensively built a system for library volunteer management long-effect mechanism, and analized the countermeasures of the Public Libraries Volunteer Services for sustainable development.There are seven chapters in this thesis:Chapter One is an introduction, whicn presents the studying background and the significance of this thesis, and the related research situation at home and abroad, main research contents, frameworks and the research methods;Chapter Tow is for the relevant concepts and theoretical explanation. It defines and explains the concepts of this study, studys the nature of Library Spirit and Volunteer Spirit; analyzes the theory of inspiration on this article;Chapter Three researchs the current situation of the Public Libraries'management and service in Beijing.It analyzes the reason for studying Beijing Public Library, sums up the current management situation, characteristics;Chapter Four is the study design and data analysis. Designs the library questionnaire for volunteers and the interview outline for the management of library volunteers, questionnaires survey and interviews, and meta-analysis of data;Chapter Five is the construction of Public Library Volunteer Management Mechanism, Including the Recruitment Mechanism, Training Mechanism, Incentive Mechanism, Evaluation Mechanism, Feedback mechanism of the five major mechanism;Chapter Six analyzes countermeasures for current library volunteer activities sustainable, stable and healthy development;Chapter Seven is the summary and follow-up study.
