Study Of The Long-term Mechanism Of Academic Library's Students Volunteer Service

With the rapid development of china,the level of people's spiritual culture is improving.It is not enough for students to have single education.Students devote more spare time to the practice so the growing numbers of students tend to take part in the voluntary activities held by university libraries.At the same time,because of the coming of information age,what the libraries need are more manpower and material resources to deal with the explosive development of information.The volunteers of college students are inevitable factors to promote the development of university libraries.This research subject of this article is many university libraries in Yunnan,Kunming Province.By interviewing managers and volunteers of university libraries along with other research methods like documentation method?grounded theory method?questionnaire survey method and depth interview,it researched the problems in the management of university libraries and systemically built the long-term mechanism of college students'voluntary service.The whole content of this paper:chapter 1,introduction,demonstrate the background and purpose of this research,exertion and research summary of volunteers at home and abroad,the main research method and thinking framework of paper;chapter 2,set boundary for the relevant concept and theoretical basis.chapter 3,discusses the ingredients of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service.By deeply analyzing the literature,combining the research contents at home and aboard to come to the ingredients of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service,providing the research level for the following research;chapter 4,decide the scope and subjects of research,design the interview guide and questionnaire,comprehensively count the research results,propose the problems in the management of university libraries;chapter 5,systemically build the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service,propose the efficient,stable and sustainable solutions;chapter 6,research conclusion and the following research wish.
