Research Of Electronic Government Portal System Based On SOA

All levels of government and government functional departments put E-govemment' s services and management capabilities into achieve through the Internet,so as to provide better services for businesses and citizens.E-government system has undergone a course of several decades,due to difference of development language and platform,leading to various departments of application systems independent of each other,the lack of uniform standards.SOA architecture and Web Services technology solve such problem effectively.Based on in-depth study of SOA and Web Service technologies on the basis of view of the current E-Government system existing problems,proposed based on the SOA E-Government system structure.The main work includes:1)The paper introduces the project' s research background and realities of SOA technology.2)The paper researches the concept of SOA technology,Web Services technology and it's some key technologies,such as XML,SOAP,WSDL,UDDI.3)The paper designs SOA-Based E-Government Architecture,and adopts Web Services technology to achieve functional services.4)Combined with a case of government documents system,using SOA architecture and designment.
